Years ago, our founders walked into a corporate office to assess their AV setup. What they found was a ₹12 lakh system that couldn't run a basic video call without freezing. The cameras were in the wrong positions. The microphones picked up the AC hum louder than the speaker. And nobody — not the vendor, not the IT team — had a clue why.

That moment crystallised everything. The technology wasn't the problem. The approach was. Three different vendors had installed three disconnected systems, each pointing fingers at the other. Nobody owned the complete picture. Nobody had created a topology. Nobody had documented anything.
